In order to be eligible for a return, you have to contact us within 3 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. For device-related issues after usage please contact the service center listed on the warranty card (if applicable) included with your product. Product is not eligible for a refund if the product is "no longer needed".
